Good video Travis thank you. I like seeing examples of the many different ways people use ACT! especially for decisionmaking purposes. We work with many companies in diverse industries and all use ACT! in each their own way. It’s a testament to both how easy to use and flexible it really is. I also liked the real concern that Mary faced about being the “Goto” person for reports in that i’ve seen that at client sites time and time again. Looking forward to the next video.

As always, appreciate hearing from you Steve. That is one of the reasons customers are loyal to the product, or at least come back to it when they find that it really *is* the market leader :-). It is flexible enough that it can be tailored to virtually any market segment or business. While it can take some getting used to, once it is setup, (a far as I’m concerned) it can be a major asset to any business.

Interested in what you’ll think about the next video.
