Back from the conference, and am working to get caught up with customers before editing and posting the video.
It sounds seems that the blog posts have created some interest, thanks to many of you subscribers and readers.
Just got an email from a friend letting me know that CRM Buyer referenced this blog in a commentary on Sage Executive leadership, even quoting many of your comments here on the blog. Be sure to check it out, is your name here?
Stay tuned for the video soon. BTW, the interview seemed to go well, I’m no Barbara Walters (as if you didn’t already know that…), but I’m encouraged there is some great content there. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to show the whole thing on the blog…it is just too long…(it over 3o minutes long).

As per the video, the comments on last weeks blog post were numerous…and very educational. I’ve summarized them but want to make sure I’m not missing anything.
Obviously I cannot discuss all the questions that came in, some of which I’ve already answered, so I plan to have a conversation in categories of interest derived from
the post comments.

Brace yourself. It is coming.
What’s that?
Options. Decisions. And potential CONFUSION.
The 2008 version of the ACT software is coming, and because they are “celebrating 20 years”, it may be the most significant release in some time.
With all the fan fare comes confusion, and CONFUSION=HEADACHES.
WARNING: Many have already purchased the product at pre-release without reading the fine print.
